We offer discounts with bulk orders on a per product basis. The more you buy, the more you save! See the bulk pricing breakdown for each product on the product page. Some brands may require you to add products to the cart or submit a quote request to view bulk quantity pricing.
For the majority of products including apparel, bags, hats, and more; the cost you see on each product page and at checkout includes the cost of the item, one logo artwork setup, and customization on one location per item.
Merchology has recently updated its pricing structure for a few of our hard goods brands, which include products such as drinkware, electronics, stationery, and more. We now offer an a la carte pricing model, which provides a breakdown of the included fees and additional costs, giving you more transparency as to what you are paying for.
Standard embroidery includes up to 10,000 stiches, if your artwork exceeds this stitch count you will be informed if additional charges will apply.
Add-ons such as multiple logo setups, imprint locations, and personalization can be added (if applicable for the product) through the “Optional Extras” dropdown before adding items to your shopping cart.
Ground shipping is included for one shipping location if your order exceeds $10,000.00 USD. Drop shipping and international orders do not qualify.
Does Merchology provide free samples?
Yes, Merchology offers free samples of a wide variety of products. To qualify for a free product sample, fill out the contact form that appears when you click the "Request a Free Sample" button on the product page. Please note that only select products at Merchology are available for free samples. Click here to view all free sample eligible products.
Our team will contact you using the email address provided in the form to let you know if you qualify for free product samples. Samples are final sale and are not eligible for return.
NOTE: Samples are typically undecorated or may feature sample customization. If you would like to request a pre-production or spec sample decorated with your logo, please contact our team as charges may apply.

Depending on the product and design requirements, customization options may include embroidery, direct-to-film (DTF) printing, pad printing, custom patches, laser engraving, debossing, and PMS color matching.
